One of the reasons why people choose Cedar Park is for the good school district, Leander ISD. Living near a school is desirable in Cedar Park, as many families prefer to be in close driving or walking distance to their children’s schools. This is a perfect segue for me to tell you about a fantastic house that we just listed for sale, located just around the corner, at 2121 Ariella Dr, Cedar Park TX 78613!

Located in the Gann Ranch community, the backyard to 2121 Ariella Dr is across the street from Knowles Elementary. Knowles is adjacent to Running Brushy Middle School.
